Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Automated Golden Dragon at playgdauto.mobi (the "Site") collects about you, why, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. "We", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Site. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. The Site is for adults only (18+); we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we close such accounts when we find them.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your user ID, an optional nickname, and your password. We store only a one-way hash of the password, never the password itself. We also record when the account was created and which version of the Terms & Privacy Policy you accepted, and when.
- Connection details: the IP address you connect from (including the address an account was created from) and the time of your logins and requests.
- Device and browser information: browser type and version, operating system, screen size, language and similar technical details your browser sends, and device identifiers the game client creates to keep you logged in.
- Game records: the games you open and every play, bet, win, jackpot and balance change, plus the promotions you claim (Daily Free, Missions, Cashback, referrals, mailbox rewards).
- Transaction records: your purchase orders (package, amount, order number, status and times) and your redeem requests.
- Payment details you give us for payouts: the payout method and the details you enter in REDEEM (for example a $Cashtag, phone number, e-mail address, bank details or wallet address). We do not collect or store card numbers on the Site; payments you make are handled by the payment method you choose.
- Messages: what you send to support, and the mailbox messages we send you.
2. Why we use it
- to create and run your account, log you in and keep it secure;
- to run the games, keep your balances correct and show you your history;
- to process purchases, add Entries and the first-purchase match, and review and pay redeems;
- to apply the Terms: age and one-account-per-person checks, playthrough and redeem rules, and preventing fraud, cheating and abuse of promotions;
- to run promotions such as Daily Free, Missions, Cashback and referrals;
- to answer support requests and send you service messages in the mailbox;
- to find and fix faults, protect the Site and understand how it is used, so we can improve it;
- to meet legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We use your information because it is needed to provide the Site you asked for, because we have a legitimate interest in running it safely and preventing fraud, or because the law requires it.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run the Site (for example hosting and payment or payout providers), only as needed for that service and under a duty to protect it;
- when the law, a court or an authority requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of players, the Site or others;
- with a successor operator if the Site is transferred, under this Privacy Policy.
4. How long we keep it
- Account, game and transaction records are kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period after it is closed (normally up to five years) so we can deal with questions, disputes, fraud checks and legal duties.
- Payout details are kept with the redeem request they belong to for the same period.
- Technical logs are kept for a shorter time unless they are needed to investigate a problem.
- When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
5. Cookies and local storage
The game client stores small pieces of information in your browser (local storage and similar storage) so that it works: your session and login details if you choose "Remember me", your settings, and cached game files. We do not use advertising cookies. If you clear this storage, you will need to log in again. You can control or delete it in your browser's settings. Our hosting may use strictly necessary security measures to protect the Site from attacks.
6. Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords stored only as hashes, login passwords additionally encrypted in the browser before they are sent, access to records limited to people who need it, and records kept on servers we control. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been used by someone else.
7. Your rights
- Access: you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: you can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Deletion: you can ask us to close your account and delete your information. We will delete it except what we must keep for the reasons in section 4 (for example records of purchases and payouts), which we delete when no longer needed.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to some uses or complaining to a data protection authority.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date and version at the top show the latest change, and the new version applies from when it is published on the Site. If a change is significant we will let you know in the Site.
