Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") apply to everyone who visits or plays Automated Golden Dragon at playgdauto.mobi (the "Site"). "We", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Site. "You" means the person using the Site. By creating an account, logging in or playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site is a social, sweepstakes-style online game site. You play slot-style and other casual games in your web browser using game credits called Entries. Games are for entertainment. Results are decided by the game software. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial or professional advice.
2. Who may play
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or play.
- You may only use the Site where doing so is lawful for you. It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply where you are. We may refuse or limit access from any place.
- You must play for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
- We may ask you to confirm your age and identity at any time, including before a redeem is paid. If you cannot, we may suspend the account and void winnings.
3. Your account
- One account per person. Duplicate, shared or borrowed accounts are not allowed. We may close duplicate accounts and void their balances and winnings.
- Choose a user ID and a password and keep the password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us through the Site's support as soon as you think someone else has used it.
- The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
- Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or given to another person. Moving Entries or Winnings between players is not available.
4. Entries and Winnings
- Your account has two balances. ENTRIES are used to play. WINNING collects what you win in the games. 100 Entries are shown as $1.00 in the games.
- Entries come from purchases, from the first-purchase match, and from free promotions such as Daily Free, Missions, Cashback, referrals and mailbox rewards. Free Entries have no cash value and cannot be redeemed directly; only Winnings can be redeemed, under section 6.
- Entries, Winnings and any other balance on the Site are not a bank account or deposit and earn no interest. They have no value outside the Site except as set out in section 6.
- Promotions (including Daily Free, Missions, Cashback and referral rewards) are limited as shown in the Site and may be changed or ended at any time. Each promotion may be claimed only as described, and no more than once where that is stated.
5. Purchases and the first-purchase match
- You can buy packages of Entries in BUY. The price and the number of Entries are shown before you order. Your order is reserved with an order number, and the Entries are added once the payment has been received and confirmed.
- Unpaid orders expire. You may cancel an order while it is still waiting for payment.
- First-purchase match: on your first purchase of an eligible package, we add bonus Entries as shown in BUY (for example 100%). Packages that are not eligible are marked. The match is given once per player, and only while the offer is shown.
- All purchases are final once the Entries have been added, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to refund an error. If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be unauthorised, we may remove the Entries, the match and anything won with them, and close the account.
6. Redeeming Winnings
- You can ask to redeem Winnings in REDEEM. The minimum redeem is $20 (2,000 in Winnings). A maximum may also be shown.
- Playthrough: before you can redeem, everything you have bought, including the first-purchase match, must have been played through at least once (1x). REDEEM shows how much is left to play.
- You may have one redeem request waiting at a time. The amount is held from your Winnings when you ask, so it cannot be played or requested twice. You may cancel a request while it is still waiting.
- Every redeem is reviewed by hand before it is paid. We may ask for information to confirm your identity, your age and the payout details. Payouts are sent to the method and details you give; check them carefully, because a payment sent to the details you provided cannot always be recovered.
- We may refuse, delay or reverse a redeem if these Terms were not followed, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law. A refused redeem is returned to your Winnings unless it is voided under section 7.
7. Errors, abuse and voided winnings
- If a game, a payment, a promotion or the Site does not work as intended (for example a software or display error, a wrong price, a wrong balance or a duplicated reward), we may correct the balances and void any winnings that result from the error. A malfunction voids the affected plays and pays.
- We may void winnings and bonuses, and suspend or close the account, if we reasonably believe there was cheating, use of bots or automated play, collusion, exploiting a fault, multiple accounts, abuse of promotions, use of someone else's payment method, money laundering or any other breach of these Terms.
- The records kept by the Site's servers decide what was played, bought, won and redeemed.
8. Responsible play
Play for fun and only with money you can afford to spend. Take breaks. If you feel your play is no longer under control, stop and ask us through support to close your account; we can also close it on our own if we are concerned. Help is available from organisations that support people with gambling-related problems where you live.
9. Closing an account
- You may ask us through support to close your account at any time. Waiting redeems are handled under section 6 first.
- We may suspend or close an account at any time if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if the account has not been used for a long period. Where we close an account without a breach on your part, we will pay any Winnings that meet the redeem rules in section 6. Balances voided under section 7 are not paid.
- Free Entries and promotional balances end when the account is closed.
10. Availability of the Site
The Site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Site, any game or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error free or compatible with your device or browser. We may change, add or remove games, features, packages, promotions and limits, and take the Site offline for maintenance, at any time. If a game is interrupted, the server's record of the last completed play applies.
11. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Entries in the 30 days before the claim arose.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Your content and conduct
Do not use the Site for anything unlawful, offensive or harmful, do not interfere with its operation or security, and do not try to copy, reverse engineer or resell it. Nicknames and messages you send must not be abusive or impersonate anyone. The Site, its games, art and software belong to us or our licensors.
13. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date and version at the top show the latest change. The new Terms apply from the time they are published on the Site; if a change is significant we will let you know in the Site (for example through the mailbox or when you log in). If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site and ask us to close your account.
15. General
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor operator of the Site. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the rules shown in the Site, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
